Classes and activities are available to anyone in the community. There is a fee for some classes/activities, and for some, center membership is required.
Class Descriptions
Ukulele Lessons
Learn how to play ukulele, including how to read music and understand theory and chords. Beginner and Intermediate levels offered.​

Forever Fit
One hour workout involves mild cardio, incorporating balance moves. In addition, there is strength training, and stretching. *Buy a punch card for 10 sessions, call for more details
Chair Yoga
Stretch and improve balance while seated. Classic yoga, adjusted for availability to those with joint issues and balance troubles.

Tai Chi & Qigong
Tai Chi and Qigong are traditional methods which help improve balance and overall range of motion. Learn and follow along each set of movements

Table Top Crafting
Bring your own crafting and visit with others while working on your knitting, crocheting, etc.

A group that reads classic books while enjoying tea & refreshments
